To get help on our products:
Visit Bayanat IT's Support Portal
- Kindly register yourself using our Support Portal (click on the “register” link).
- Click on the “submit a ticket” link.
- Provide us with the details of your problem (product name, version..etc.). You may also attach screenshots to describe the problem visually.
- You will be issued with a ticket number.
- If you have additional information that you would like to let us know regarding the issue / bugs, please reply to the ticketing email sent to you. Please ensure the ticket number is in the Subject Line.
- Our support representatives will get back to you in the shortest possible time.
