Visit Bayanat IT's Support Portal

  1. Kindly register yourself using our Support Portal (click on the “register” link). 
  2. Click on the “submit a ticket” link.
  3. Provide us with the details of your problem (product name, version..etc.).  You may also attach screenshots to describe the problem visually.
  4. You will be issued with a ticket number.
  5. If you have additional information that you would like to let us know regarding the issue / bugs, please reply to the ticketing email sent to you.  Please ensure the ticket number is in the Subject Line.
  6. Our support representatives will get back to you in the shortest possible time.
